In recent years, we have specialized in the redevelopment of petroleum "brownfield" sites. We are currently in various stages of redeveloping more than 70 acres of former petroleum sites in the greater Long Beach area of Southern California, and over 240 acres of former petroleum sites in the City of Bakersfield in Central California.

Our company is committed to developing sustainable real estate projects and improving our communities. Our development projects have resulted in concentrated efforts of renewal of oil-impacted land acquisitions and turned them into vibrant residential, retail and green spaces.
